Nasgrass (North American Society of Grass Racers And Sod Slingers) is the longest running lawnmower racing club in America. We are a not for profit club that meets monthly typically on the second Saturday of each month from September to May to race lawnmowers.
We are a family friendly club, that welcomes all fellow lawnmower racers, fans, and spectators to come out and enjoy an exciting night of local dirt track racing.
We held racing events for the past 20 plus years at the Avon Park Mower-Plex in Avon Park, Florida, but due to circumstances beyond the club’s control, we had to take the 2022-2023 season off to find a new location for our racing facility. In April 2023 we began relocating to the grounds of the Florida Flywheeler’s Antique Engine Club at 7000 Avon Park Cutoff Rd., Ft. Meade, Florida. https://floridaflywheelers.org

As of September 9th, 2023 we have returned to monthly racing (September to May weather permitting). We also typically do a brief demonstration on Saturday afternoon at the end of the Florida Flywheelers 3 shows in November, January, & February.
